RULES OF BASIC REGISTRATION
- 1.Upon arrival in the campus, every attendee is required to get themselves registered as a Delegate at the Registration Desk. After successful registration, the attendee will receive a Digital Delegate card.
- 2.This Digital Delegate Pass will function as the attendees’ Identity Card. The attendees must have their mobile phone having the Digital Delegate card with them at all times during their stay in the campus and produce the same whenever asked.
- 3. A Single Digital Delegate card will be applicable for one person only and will be valid for all 4 days of the fest. This card will give the attendee access to all the fest areas where events and Pro Shows will be held.
- 4. A Digital Delegate card is a single time payment and cannot be refunded even in case of cancellation due to any unforeseeable circumstances.
- 5. Attendees registering through our website must show the receipt received via email at the registration desk upon arrival in campus to get a Digital Delegate card.
- 6.For issuing the Delegate Card, all attendees both registering online or through college ambassadors must carry their Institute ID Card and any Valid ID Proof (AADHAR/PAN CARD/VOTER ID) in the physical form for verification.
- 7. One Digital Delegate card allows entry to only that person whose details are present on the pass.
- 8. The ORIANA ORGANIZING COMMITTEE reserves every right to refuse entry if any person attempts to enter the Flagship arena using someone else’s Delegate card.
About COLLEGE AMBASSDOR
As a part of the student college ambassador program ,Oriana offers the students the chance to represent the event at their colleges and universities.Their Responsibilities comprise developing our presence and promoting ORIANA among students and serving as a link between their colleges and us.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU :
1) Connecting maximum number students of your college to Oriana (at least 100 registrations)
2) Permission & arrangements for our team during the promotion of our festival in your campus.
3) Sharing out posts, creatives and stories on your social media handles as well as respective college groups
4)The Ambassador will get multiple benefits for promoting our Fest.
5)Details of collections from our delegates will be discussed later.
6)Any fraud or selling of our passes will not be tolerated.
7)The organising committee will take the final decision while selecting the ambassador.
8)Due to limited seats and space, the organising committee will decide the number of participants.
9)The collected amount will be Non-Refundable and Non-transferable.
10)Further details will be provided after the selection of college ambassador.
